This is a great place to start to gain the latest scientific evidence of safety, uses, precautions and potential side effects. Many of the herbs are already in your kitchen cabinet; cinnamon, turmeric, sage, ginger and garlic. Knowledge is power. This fact sheet gives you the knowledge to use natural remedies safely at home. It is not meant to replace traditional medicine but complement it.

Reiki
The International Center for Reiki Training gives a brief overview of what Reiki is. Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy".
